In order to prevent oxidation of steel components during solidification, the oxygen content of liquid steel needs to be reduced. This is done by deoxidation of steel to enhance the toughness of the steel and eliminating blowholes and minimizing non-metallic inclusion. Aluminium is a very effective deoxidizer which is used in most steelmaking operations. We manufacture Aluminium De-Oxidants for our clients (Steel Plants in India and abroad), 100% customised as per their individual specifications and requirements.
